An inspirational recounting of the hardships and personal challenges faced and overcome by a young lady hailing from the South Central area of Los Angeles County. After years of suffering abuse at the hands of her mother, subsequent stints through various foster homes, the Babson College-attendee has plans to aid minority businesspeople and to start an after-school academic program for children back home.
