Pain killer: a 90-second method for relieving your aching muscles without drugs, surgery or even doctors

Article Abstract:

A doctor has developed the Fold and Hold technique of treating sore muscles and joints. This is done by folding over the pain area until the pain decreases and holding the position for 90 seconds. Instructions for doing this on various parts of the body are presented.

Muscle soreness following exercise can be reduced by training consistently several times a week. Pain-relieving methods include use of massage, ice, anti-inflammatories and stretching exercises.
