Perfect total-body toning

Fitness consultant Deborah Ellison has designed an exercise program based on natural body movements. The program includes six exercises that can be done anywhere. Doing the exercises four times a week will improve posture and allow circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems to work better.

Several methods to measure body fat are presented. The BOD POD Body Composition System, the dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and the bioelectrical impedance analysis are some of the latest approaches.
