Article Abstract:

Invaluable tips for conducting performance reviews that motivate and inspire employees are presented. The tips include encouraging self-appraisal among the staff, offering them constructive criticism and advice for future performance enhancement, and providing them with a copy of the review after appraisal to help them plan future progress based on their past performance.
