Raising an unspoiled child

Article Abstract:

Disciplining a baby requires consistent setting of limits on behavior. The best time to discipline a child is between seven-and-a-half and 24 months of age because they already show their social abilities. Tips on handling crybabies and discouraging habit forming are also discussed.

Speaking up about child abuse

Article Abstract:

Many people are afraid to speak out when they witness incidents of child abuse. But steps such as contacting the police or child protective services should be taken if the child is visibly hurt or upset. If the incident is not severe, the parent should be approached.
