British Columbia Justice Duncan Shaw stirred a hornet's nest when he dismissed the charges against Vancouver resident John Robin Sharpe for possessing child pornography material. Shaw argued that Canada's laws against child pornography are unconstitutional because they intrude into freedom of expression and right of privacy.

Holy hatred
