Three companies that are opening doors for working women are profiled. Procter & Gamble initiated a Mentor Up program in which junior women advise top managers. Texas Instruments' Teaming Up for Achievement programs helps women work with senior-level men, who may become their mentors. PricewaterhouseCoopers developed a new career model that has increased the number of women partners.
