Salvi guilty but clinics still under fire

A Massachusetts jury has sentenced John C. Salvi III to multiple life imprisonment on Mar 18, 1996, for killing two clinic receptionists and injuring five other people. Shannon Lowney and Lee Ann Nichols died when Salvi open fired at two abortion clinics in Brookline, MA in Dec 30, 1994. On the same day of the murder conviction, the Supreme Court agreed to review the constitutionality of abortion clinic bubble zones.
