Saying "I do" to husband and business

Article Abstract:

Gifts and Awards by LSJ owners Tom and Ginny Ryan are effectively managing their own business and family life through determination and time management. However, several factors should be considered to make the partnership strong, including the decision regarding who will serve as the manager. Couple owners are also advised to segregate business issues from family issues.
