Workouts that will assist in providing a strong, sculpted back, improve posture and will give an overall slimmer look are presented. These five-minute routines, which were developed by Gary Scott, the vice president of ECA World Fitness and president of East Coast Instructor Training School in New York City, consist of stability ball row, three-part resistance band row, stability ball superman, table and plank exercises.
