Sexual harassment: open season on working women
Article Abstract:
The National Organization for Women (NOW) is involved in two harassment issues that indict an automaker and the military. NOW has staged pickets outside Mitsubishi dealerships to protest the company's practice of race and sex discrimination. Because of these protests, Mitsubishi made a commitment to create a workplace that is free from sexual harassment and discrimination. Meanwhile, NOW has initiated the creation of an independent rapid response team that is composed of veteran investigators who will investigate rape and harassment complaints of military women.
