Shared benefits: group therapy delivers open honest talk with people you trust

Group therapy is conceptualized to facilitate communicating problems with the support of people who are in the same predicament. People who attend group therapy sessions find it easier to communicate feelings with family and friends and have built their self-confidence to a higher level.

The author discusses her month long experiences of online scheduling with Yahoo.com, Digital.daytimer.com, Anyday.com and When.com. Although there were some benefits these were outweighed by the need to log on to use the system.
