Research has shown that traffic congestion, especially in the evening, has a more negative affect on women than it does on men. Suggestions to diffuse stress when stuck in homeward bound traffic include visualization techniques, breathing strategies, listening to music and day-dreaming.

Comfort foods curb stress (really)

Article Abstract:

Chronic stress leads to eating of comfort foods, which reduces stress hormone levels and eases anxiety. In order to fight stress, remedies that is a combination of exercise and high calorie foods should be taken, which relaxes our brain's stress level and makes us feel better.
