Obesity concerns in the US has forced many people to keep of snacks but there are some snacks that are, surprisingly, healthy and researchers say that healthy snacking may actually be a great help. It is seen that people who snack regularly have low cholesterol levels but indiscriminate snacking is not recommended and nutritionists say that snacking on nuts or high-satiety snacks are a very good option.
