Article Abstract:
Guidelines for eating habits that help to remain slim and energized are presented. It is suggested that one should increase the intake of good carbohydrates, good monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats that help the body absorb disease fighting phytochemicals and fat-soluble vitamins, and lean proteins that help in repairing the body.

A list of things namely fiber, agua, protein, vegetables, and omega-3s, which are beneficial and necessary for ones healthy body are presented. The reason for the consumption, quantity required, and the sources of food through from which we will get the above things are discussed.
