Article Abstract:

The Self Challenge involves a 100-mile fitness program that is divided into three courses. The program offers exercises to develop strength and flexibility as well as cardiovascular exercises. Participants are given 33 days to complete a leg, which is equal to 33 miles.

Hidden sugar

People should watch what they eat, as everyday foods may contain more sugar than is needed by the body. Though sugar is not a direct cause of any illness, excessive sugar in one's diet can lead to diabetes or bring about other side effects.

Rice is among the foods that should be eaten more regularly. It has nutrients, fiber and complete amino acids, has very little fat and has no sodium. Aside from being nutritious, it can be eaten with any other kinds of food.
