Individuals who undergo prolonged exposure to the sun may experience heatstroke, a fatal body response arising from the failure of one's cooling mechanisms. This phenomenon may be prevented by drinking a lot of fluids and refraining to perform outdoor exercises with temperature above 80 degrees.
