Article Abstract:
The abs, butt and thighs are parts of the body that are usually targeted for exercises. Isolation exercises are used to hit these target areas while developing muscle strength, agility and speed. Exercises for the abs, butt and thighs are presented.

The new recess: take a play break and get fit!

Sports conditioning classes called recess are a trend at fitness centers. The exercises use several muscles at the same time and also add an aerobic component. Six exercises that form an effective recess routine are described.
