The 3-in-1 workout

Article Abstract:

The 3-in-1 workout incorporates cardio, strength and agility and helps provide better results in fewer workouts. One of three possible cardio routines is chosen and done for 30 to 40 minutes three times a week, while the strength exercises take only 15 minutes three times a week and the agility work takes 10 minutes, three times a week.
