Women want workouts that are quick, enjoyable, and do not take up too much time. A 30 minute routine is presented that allows all the benefits of intense aerobic excercise and outdoor activity without taking up too much time. The routine can be adjusted for different time periods.

Lady Brazilian bodyboarders are thought of as having pleasing posteriors. In Brazil the bottom is a focus of sexual desirability. In the US the female posterior is also becoming fetishized. Bodyboarding involves kicking, which is good for strengthening the gluteal muscles.

Walking with cross-country ski poles provides much greater aerobic exercise for women. Pole walking strengthens muscles and increases stamina. The technique is described.
