The Millennials are coming!

Article Abstract:

The Millennials communicate through social networks, instant messaging and text messaging more than e-mail. Text messaging started as an incidental service that allowed technical text messages to be sent to mobile phones until the initially free service became a hit with young people. Text messaging services could give businesses an affordable way to reach employees and customers.
