The Type E trap

Article Abstract:

Type E women, or women who tend to be perfectionist or compulsive, should make their health a priority. To avoid the risks of heart disease, they should refuse requests that do not fit their values and priorities, and bring back exercise, nutrition and regular checkups in their lives.
