It is difficult to tell a friend that the relationship no longer satisfies. More often than not, these are unwanted people who always call even though their calls are never returned and ask to meet or go out despite one's protestations of being busy. No matter how awkward, such relationships must be ended if they are unsatisfying or make one uncomfortable.
