More women suffer from iron deficiency anemia due to the lack of red meat in their diet, with symptoms such as fatigue, fainting, and inability to maintain body temperature. Experts suggest eating food rich in iron, such as red meat, liver, lamb, kidney beans, and dried fruit to maintain high iron stores.
