The good-mood diet

Article Abstract:

Women's Health Resource Center in Red Bank, New Jersey, indicates that women endure a monthly cycle of crankiness, craving and cramps before their period begins, hence it recommends some of the menders in the diet that would help to alleviate such mood swings especially during the two weeks before a woman starts menstruating. Such foods include caffeine-free versions of lattes, teas and diet colas, 8 to 12 eight-ounce cups of water each day and grilled fish.
