The great abs, butt and thighs shape-up plan

It is an acknowledged fact that fat from the abs, butt and the thigh regions are the hardest to lose and very often it is seen that delay in losing weight from these areas has derailed weight loss programs. A nine-step routine that ensures fantastic results is suggested and all one needs to do before the start of the program is to develop a positive attitude and target the worst zone first.
