The health and beauty benefits of tea

Article Abstract:

Current recognition of the protective and curative abilities of tea has incorporated the plant product into a number of beauty and skin-care products. The health benefits derived from tea stems from its antioxidant content, it polyphenols, which have been touted to be more effective than currently available antioxidants that are out in the market.
