The no-nag diet

Article Abstract:

Tips on how wives can induce their husbands to eat more vegetables and high-fiber foods are presented. They should set realistic goals since meat-loving men cannot be expected to like vegetables overnight. The positive aspects of eating vegetables, such as reducing the risk of getting cancer or hypertension, should also be emphasized.
