A well-balanced, varied diet is enough to provide a baby's nutritional needs. A baby's need for vitamin supplements depend on how she is fed and her diet. Breastfeeding mothers who eat balanced diets still need to supplement their babies with vitamin D and Iron since breastmilk contains litle Iron and no Vitamin D.

Common concerns about diaper rash are how to treat it, preventing it and what causes it. Diaper rash can be caused by prolonged wetness, ammonia or loose stools. It is best treated by exposing a baby's bottom to the air for an hour a day. It can be prevented by changing the baby a lot.
