The queen of multisport

Paula Newby-Fraser has won three Ironman triathlons and is considered the world's best competitor in multisport events. Newby-Fraser's reputation was enhanced when she won the 1990 Woman's Sports Foundation's Professional Athlete of the Year Award.

Heart rate monitors can be used by women athletes to train efficiently and to aid cardiovascular fitness. The monitors can also be used to improve mind/body communication and to understand how emotions affect heart rte.
