The skinny on fat

Article Abstract:

Fat is categorized as healthy unsaturated fat, unhealthy saturated and trans fat. The results of a study on women released in February 2006 revealed that a low-fat diet was not much protection against heart disease, breast or colon cancer but the conclusion is suspect and the reasons for it are analyzed.
