The sounds of trust

Article Abstract:

An account of the different conferences and summits held in the year 2005 by the different companies including IBM, MetLife, and Ford is presented along with their views for the multicultural women employees. The summit of Ford featured educational presentations and cultural awareness, while MetLife recognized that individuals with diverse talent and background enable it to achieve strong business results.

Article Abstract:

Working mothers have to depend on different people to help nurture their children and hence send their children to baby sitters but at the same time worry that their children will become confused about who their mother is. But it is suggested that such baby sitters and caregivers are their partners and not competitors for their child's attention.
