The write way to diet
Article Abstract:
A weight loss technique is presented where a dieter tracks what he/she has eaten by writing it down in a simple food log, pinpoints dietary pitfalls and learns how much food is needed to maintain a healthy weight. It is found that dieters who logged their eating 75% of the time lost a significant amount of weight, while some of those who did not log actually gained weight.
