Article Abstract:

Evan Ungerleider was a healthy baby until he was eight months old when he was diagnosed with TaySachs, an incurable genetic disease that kills by age five. When the parents contacted their obstetrician, they found out that Shari, the mother was wrongly informed that she tested negative for TaySachs and have filed a controversial medical malpractice complaint known as a wrongful-birth lawsuit against the obstetrician.
