Toxoplasmosis, German measles and measles in pregnant women have a high chance of hurting fetuses. Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic infection caused by exposure to cat feces or tainted meat, and can cause blindness. The two types of measles can be prevented with vaccines, but only before pregnancy.
