A man who regularly participates in sports and goes to a gym recounts how one day he realized he was becoming narcissistic. He found himself looking in the mirror at his own reflection, rather than at a pretty woman walking by. He now limits his workouts and accepts his own body more.

I fought bulimia and won

A personal narrative is presented of a woman who suffered from the eating disorder bulimia, and managed to overcome the condition. At a Colorado wellness centre, she learned to eat healthily and in moderation while developing a determination to change her situation.
