The symptoms and scope of chronic fatigue syndrome remain unclear among scientists, doctors and patients. Because the cause of the disease remains unknown, there is no simple diagnostic test. The disease can easily be confused with a variety of other ailments, including clinical depression.

Research has verified that men are capable of multiple nonejaculatory orgasm. Men can become multiorgasmic by gaining ejaculatory control and using that control during orgasm.
