Parents are warned against giving in to demands of children who are having tantrums because this would appear as rewarding a bad behavior, Instead, parents should be ready to discipline their children every time they are going the wrong direction to teach them how healthy decisions are made.

Parents need to understand and adapt to their childrens' biorhythms in order to create smoother and happier relationships. To understand a child's biorhythms, parents must observe for patterns of behavior and try to provide a sense of structure and routine, to which the child can adapt.
