Article Abstract:

A workout program for the chest is presented. The program includes barbell bench press, incline dumbell press and dumbell chest fly. The exercises, which should be conducted in proper form to maximize effect and avoid injury, are designed to develop and stengthen specific upper-body parts.

Shoulder work

Muscles in the upper body can be exercised by performing front pulldowns, cable extensions and rowing exercises. Proper form should be maintained during these exercises to improve posture and to build strenght in the lateral muscles.
