'Teletubbies,' a UK-made TV show produced for one-year-olds, has been the topic of debates since its Canadian TV launch. Although some have raised objections against letting children to watch TV, particularly 'Teletubbies,' many claim that the program is not only harmless but is also educational.

Caught in the cross hairs

Article Abstract:

Children who ask questions about war should be reassured that they are safe and unaffected by events that they might have seen on television. Children, after all, need only to be reminded that they do not live in a war zone and need not fear for the safety of their loved ones.
