WHAT SHOULD I EAT?
Article Abstract:
The author visited 3 nutritionists in hopes of finding a simple answer to what good nutrition means. The first was enormously expensive and had suspect means of measuring current nutrition levels. The second advocated eating whole foods and avoiding artificial ingredients, while the third focused on cutting out empty calories. All suggested that the author give up coffee, but none had the definitive answers she was seeking. In the end, good nutrition seemed to boil down to eating more fruits and vegetables.

Mariel in balance
Article Abstract:
Mariel Hemingway, who became a star at age 18, is a celebrity example of the conflicts about body-consciousness and health that many women struggle with. She is frank and unapologetic about getting breast implants at age 19, and about having them removed two years ago. Now 37, she feels better eating chicken and fish after 16 years of being a vegetarian. She practices yoga and happily raises two children in Idaho.
