Walking has always helped in reducing weight even though many consider walking to be a low impact workout but by following a simple six-week program, one can knock off all the excess fat in the body. The program encourages one to cross train while at the same time ensures that one walks right so that all the effort pays dividends and one loses five pounds in six weeks.
