Want to go to a 1993 spring conference?
Article Abstract:
The American Business Women's Assn offers career training seminars which provide better opportunities for both the employee and the company. Employers usually recognize the benefits of such courses but the current recession has placed constraints on company budgets. However, an employee may still get the company to shoulder training expenses by submitting a written request and discussing how this seminar will be beneficial to the company in terms of improved performance, productivity and work relationships. These activities will prove cost-effective in the long run.
