Weak in the knees

Article Abstract:

Knee problems are the most common type of sports injuries, and women tend to experience more tears to the anterior cruciate ligament than men. Overuse, old running shoes and weak quadriceps can all contribute to knee injuries. Tips on prevention and care are given.
