What breastfeeding is really like?

Article Abstract:

Breast-feeding is tiring and eats up a lot of time but it is advantageous to breastfeed a baby. Breastfeed babies have a reduced risk of asthma, allergies, sudden infant death syndrome, obesity, digestive problems, colds, and infections. Mothers who breastfeed their babies lose their weight, and they are protected from cancer and osteoporosis.
