What dentists wish you knew

A 'Journal of the American Dental Assn survey showed that about 75% of women lack information on proper dental care. More than 50% of these women have not had a dental appointment for two years running. This, despite the fact that at age 30 and above, it is particularly important to keep teeth healthy.

People are often discouraged from trying to meditate because of the time sacrifice. A new technique of mindfulness encourages concentration on each moment without stress. By incorporating this practice into the regular flow of life, even a sports performance can be better and more injury free.

Sick and very tired

Article Abstract:

Persistent fatigue can often mask a more serious ailment such as hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia and anemia caused by lack of iron intake. It can also be a symptom of depression which can arise either from emotional sources or a lack of neurotransmitters in the brain.
