The essentials that women carry in their handbags reveal hidden truths about their personality and the roles played by them. A clinical psychologist analyzes the purses of two working mothers, actress Kimberly Elise, revealing her protective nature and her concern about her appearance and Kim Martin, executive vice president and general manager of Women's Entertainment, indicating an extremely social and accessible attitude and someone who is always on call.

Diversity at work

The Best Companies for Women of Color initiative was inspired by the lack of corporate policy or public debate that has dealt with employment discrimination either race based or sex/gender based. In future the list of 100 best companies is expected to grow together with more employment opportunities for color women.
