When personality self-destructs

A 'borderline' is a psychiatric patient with borderline personality disorder (BPD), a mysterious malady of the mind. No one conclusive literature of BPD has been made as neither its causes nor cures have been discovered. A 'borderline' finds feeling and trusting an act of faith.

New evidence that divorce runs in families

Article Abstract:

A University of Minnesota at Minneapolis study of twins and marriage found that when an identical twin divorced the other twin was 3.5 times more likely to divorce. Fraternal twins' divorce statistics are similar to divorce statistics for the general population.

The pound-a-year problem

Article Abstract:

Muscle mass, along with metabolism, gradually start to go down and be replaced by fat at about the age 30. Persons aged at around 30 should start decreasing their daily food intake by about 100 calories or increase their workouts to maintain weight.
