When the baby is late

Article Abstract:

Post-term pregnancies are those that last longer than 41 or 42 weeks. Treatment options are induction of labor or waiting for labor to begin. Women who have labor induced are less likely to have Cesareans. Health risks exist for mother and babies born post-term.

Nine steps to bathe infants are described and pictured. Infants do not need to be bathed daily as long as the diaper area and face are cleaned daily. Gentleness and proper cleanliness are emphasized.
