The American Business Women's Assn. (ABWA) has members who are enthusiastic recruiters for the organization. Such women have come to believe in the organization's aims and actively search for prospective recruits through newspaper stories of successful businesswomen. Recruiters contact these women by telephone and visit them to convince them to join the ABWA. The rewards for successful recruitment include holiday trips.
